• Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. FRAME is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Products and Services Description

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Certain items are marked as Final Sale due to their intimate or close-fitting nature (e.g., Bras, Bra Accessories, Body wear, Beanies, Bucket Hats, Caps). These cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Our Shipping & Returns policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement.
• Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping:

• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding currently unavailable regions in Asia and select remote areas.
• Processing: Orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days.
• Methods & Timelines:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed with thoughtful intention. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy on the homepage. Key terms include:

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: All returns/exchanges must be initiated via email to [email protected] to receive an RMA number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 days (PayPal) after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs and any applicable international customs duties for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of FRAME Clothing Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
